Project Summary

Analyzed 9 days ago based on code collected 9 days ago.

SSN (Pronounced similarly to Assassin), is a python roguelike game based around stealth.

Unfortunately, SSN is no longer being developed. Feel free, however, to take the source code and work on it. The code is under the BSD license.

SSN is coded in python 2.6, and uses The Doryen Library (libtcod) for graphics, and a number of other things. As far as getting to play SSN, there are currently 2 options:

Download the source code. It's avaliable from the source tab you'll see at the top of the page. Python 2.6 will need to be installed. Download the executable. This is strictly windows 32-bit only at this stage, but doesn't require python to be installed. Both of these options are windows only, as I'm not really able to set up and test versions for different OS's. If anyone gets SSN running on another OS, let me know through the Rogue Central thread in the links section.
