What do I modify to change this?

I'm working on a project that requires the full name to be displayed and I've had a hard time finding how to do this in the PHP.

Does anyone know how I can display the 'fullname' of the user on each notice instead of the 'nickname'?

Thanks. This is a make or break feature for me.
