yo tengo la siguiente estructura c:\projects\destktop

\dll
\svnbackup
es decir dentro de projects los proyectos que son de desktop van aparte en su directorio

2. ever you download a project, the necessary dlls are in the bin/debug - release directory, you will have to copy to your dll directory...

siempre que te bajes de algún lado un proyecto, en el directorio bin debug tienes las dll que tienes que copiar a un directorio dll
