TikiFest is a tradition in the TikiWiki community. A TikiFest is when there is a meeting between at least 2 TikiWiki contributors that don't meet usually. This is an occasion usually for drinking adult beverages, getting laptops out and coding wildly ... [More] in group sessions, discussing about wiki technology and culture, etc. depending the mood and context. It is a great opportunity for Tiki users and Tiki power users to meet some of the developers and learn more stuff :-)

Those that can't attend physically will participate online (bug tracker, chat, forums, mailing lists and the wiki of course) [Less]

TikiWiki's projects for Google Summer of Code 2009 has been finalized! We received many excellent applications this year, and as it is always the case with these competitions, it is unfortunately not possible to select everyone...

The upcoming Tiki 3.0 continues into the beta testing phase, with the release of the Beta 3 version. This is a quick fix on a few bugs which slipped into Beta 2. The installer says Beta 2 but it's really Beta 3 in the admin panel.

It is with great pleasure that the TikiWiki community releases TikiWiki CMS/Groupware 2.4

Updating to version 2.4 is highly recommended. This is a more robust protection against the previously reported XSS vulnerability, which prompted 2.3. No database update required by this release.
