* GTK UI:
- pop up a summary window when the replicas are not fully
synchronized after transport
- always show the main window
- put a white border around pixmaps (arrows, ...) for better
contrast
- allow simultaneous selection of several items
- several other small tweaks...
* Improved arguments to the external program used for copying large
files
