Thanks to Thomas Ingham aka. magnethead, WOMBAT now uses CSS instead of tables for layout elements. While he was at it, Tom also revamped the colour scheme.
This got me to work on some user interface issues myself, getting you a new WOMBAT look as well as improved navigation.
