Zsh constantly surprises me with new and wonderful features. It's a great replacement for the other shell :)

The usual shell

Zsh already saved my day more than once with safety nets for things like "rm * ~" being switched on...

It's a nice lazy shell which doesn't hurt. Especially delicious when nicely packaged.

If you make mistakes while type a command (vm instead of mv), zsh can correct you... and it's command tab-completion is awesome! (filenames, arguments, screen sessions, etc.)

Why bash why

I can't fathom why anyone would use bash over zsh when it compatible yet with so many extra useful features. zsh should be the standard unix shell.

Every time I encounter an xterm or ssh login running zsh, I know it's zsh because something fails in an extremely irritating way.
