Project update request (Dates)

Hi Chris, Yes, we've fallen behind on updates again. I've manually scheduled this project for update. I'd expect it to run sometime today.

Codebase history is broken for 'LLVM'

Yes, this is an ongoing puzzle for me. I've been working at it off and on for a couple of days. The problem is that some operations can take 8 or 10 hours to complete, so it's taking me a while to get ... [More] through it. Thanks for your patience -- I'm still on the job. [Less]

Could you support bazaar for version control

Indeed a launchpad project would use bazaar (bzr is the only vcs that launchpad supports). Though my project is not hosted at launchpad.

Map of the open source world

Hi, I must say that I find the ohloh concept very interesting and very informative. For many of us open source is a familiar world but we lack numbers. For the first time, we are going to have hard ... [More] numbers on everything. You can check in two seconds if M. X is a key contributor to project Y like he pretends on his resume, or on how many projects a given person is involved, how many lines of code he has written for open source software. I now know that Linus Torvalds has contributed to Linux, git, cogito and sparse. Alan Cox mostly to linux. We can also start to compare projects. Does zsh have more lines of code than bash ? What's the contributor growth on KDE and Gnome on a yearly basis ? I must say I'm thrilled by the developments and I check everyday if a new feature is annonced. The next low hanging fruit of open source information would be in my opinion the mailing list activity. Lot of activity and different posters is a sign of a wealthy project. Mailing lists are used to discuss future developments, usage, and bugs so this is an interesting way of catching many subareas or project development without much trouble (an mbox + maildir parser should do the trick). Project update request (Dates)

Seems my project hasn't been updated in 2 weeks now - It's only the 2nd enlistment that hasn't changed, but that's where all the development is happening currently ( ... [More] http://www.ohloh.net/projects/8573?p=Dates ) I'd quite like it updated as its been tagged with 'Few source code comments', and since then, most of the source has been fully documented (again, only in the 2nd enlistment) [Less]

Mauve project failed to update

Hi Dave, I restarted the download. I don't see any particular problem -- it looks like we just had a random server disconnect here. The redhat server has been pretty reliable for us in the past. I'll keep an eye on this job.

1 for that idea. I would like to add a project hosted at launchpad to "OHLOH" and guess what they use bazaar!!!
