[More] project for that matter) is documented. Like say for example, for firefox the estimated effort (from COCOMO) is 1588 person-years. Is the actual effort for this project documented? That way, we can also compare the accuracy of the COCOMO. Also, it would be possible to develop an estimation model that would be most suitable for FOSS projects. Many projects are internationalized with GNU GetText (.po files), but unfortunately do not give commit bits to translators. So the translators do not currently get proper attribution in Ohloh.
