VSTrac Beta 3

VSTrac is a Visual Studio Trac Addin.

Beta 3 has just been released. This is mainly due to the last release missing a key file needed to run the addin within Visual Studio.

v0.1 Beta 2 has just been released.

* New wizard interface for adding servers
* New selection of ticket queries when adding server
* Allows connection to SSL protected servers
* Other little enhancements
