windRose has been tested on the Treo 700w too. More details here.
We're pleased to say that windRose has been selected as the mobile application of the week by the Java Posse.
windRose 0.4.1 has been released. With this version the trip recording capabilities have been fully delivered, as it is possible to export the recorded data in XML format to a Secure Digital card.
The version 0.4.0 of windRose has been just released. A nasty bug with the bluetooth connection has been fixed and new features have been added, such as the odometer (distance measurement). Also landmark and trip recording is implemented, but the export of data is not functional yet. The display now takes advantage from colors.
windRose v0.3.1 introduces a ribbon compass. Furthermore the application has been redesigned around a pseudo-implementation of JSR-179 (Java Location API for J2ME).
The first working release of windRose is available. v0.3.0 provides basic navigation info and has been tested only on palmOne Treo 650 Hamlet BlueTooth GPS receiver.
