young but promising
Centreon (as of 1.4.x) is basicly a web application over nagios. The basic concepts of services / hosts and grouping are still there as well as contacts and contacts groups. This web interface brings nagios to a new era by letting you configure it with a couple of mouse clicks.
Perfdata sent by monitoring plugins, can optionally be used to generate rrdtool based graphs.
