- Used java.lang.StringBuffer? when generating CFC for mixins and gained 10% improvement (based on avg) on reloads on test application

- Added note about BeanUtil? performance improvement
- Made event-bean command use a singleton instead of creating a new BeanUtil? for each event-bean command to improve performance (BeanUtil? is thread-safe anyways)
