Inspired by ActiveResource and based the Core Data stack.
I had initially intended to create a custom Core Data NSPersistantStore subclass for interfacing with a server but currently you can only create custom atomic stores. I don't want to pull the entire database down every time, and I don't want to pepper my code with NSURLConnection code. I decided to write a collection of custom classes which mimic the interface of Core Data.
The project also features a suite of tests to verify the behavior. Tests might rely on a database not included in the project. I'll write supporting code for the test suite that will load the Rails stack (included in Leopard) and host it using RubyCocoa and WEBrick.
