3gp-converter

3gp converter is a GUI(kommander script) that uses ffmpeg to convert video files in the 3gp format, which is used by mobile phones. Custom encoding parameters can be set for video streams, such as resolution,aspect ratio,cropping,bitrate, framerate, used codec (h263, mpeg4), and one or two pass ... [More] encoding.
