The web site has... 1) a normal xhtml rendering. 2) a mobile rendering. 3) a voice rendering for the blind who are using the opera browser version 9.27 with voice added. the site uses xhtml+voice to allow the opera browser to renvder the voice user interface. 4) it ... [More] builds its own rss feeds. 5) it builds its own sitemaps for search engines. 6) it tells search engines when you modify the site. With the opera browser the web site talks and listens to the user while the user talks and listens to the site. This web site allows you to build and maintain it, its authors and users. You and the authors of the articles do not need to know anything about voice markup. It is writtten in PHP. It only runs on linux with the apache web server, PHP5 and mysql. You must be allowed to use mod_rewrites because the .htaccess file needs to use the rewrites. You can download the app in the downloads section.
