This is a server that validates Yubikey OTPs. It is written in PHP, for use with web servers such as Apache. The server implements the Yubico API protocol as defined in: http://yubico.com/developers/api/ This server talks to another service for decrypting the OTPs, to avoid storing any AES ... [More] keys within the validation server. One implementation of this service is YKKSM: http://code.google.com/p/yubikey-ksm/ Note that version 1.x is a minimal centralized server. Version 2.x is a replicated system that uses multiple machines. [Less]

This library implements stand-alone decrypting and parsing of Yubikey authentication tokens. It also contains an authentication backend with validation server for the Django Webframework v1.0. Support for authentication on other Python (web)frameworks (like CherryPy, Pylons, Turbogears, Zope etc) ... [More] would be great. Bug reports, ideas, documentation, code reviews and example projects are also more than welcome! [Less]

I think YubiKey is a cool way for easy and at the same time serious authentication so i wrote the client-side code in Python for verifying Yubikey one-time passcodes (OTPs)

This project has similar aims to the yubico-j project, but with a couple of key differences: It's written in C# It goes to great lengths to keep sensitive data encrypted while in memory, using the .NET ProtectedMemory class. It is currently written targeting VS 2005, for maximum platform compatibility.

Joomla! 1.5 Content Management System two-factor authentication (T-FA) plugin for use with the Yubico Yubikey one-time-password device. An accompanying component is included to manage Yubikey users. With this authentication plugin you may selectively choose which Joomla users will require a ... [More] Yubikey device to log into Joomla. Two-factor authentication is achieved by requiring a Yubikey-enabled user to first input their Joomla password and then adding their Yubikey one-time-password to the end of that forming a single password consisting of the user's Joomla password and their Yubikey one-time-password concatenated to the end of that. The username/password screens of Joomla remain the same. You can read more about the Yubikey one-time-password authentication device from the Yubico homepage at: http://www.yubico.com [Less]

For Mediawiki, a validation extension. It should be possible to use with any instance of Yubico's validation server, as long as the Mediawiki LocalSettings.php contains all the necessary information. It requires a Yubikey API id, API key, and validation base URL using the variables ... [More] $wgYubikeyValidationBaseURL, $wgYubikeyAPIId and $wgYubikeyAPIKey. The base URL defaults to Yubico's own validation server. Dependencies Mediawiki php-yubico [Less]

The YubiKey Key Storage Module (YK-KSM) provides a AES key storage facility for use with a YubiKey validation server. The YK-KSM is intended to be run on a locked-down server. This separation allows third parties to keep tight control of the AES keys for their YubiKeys, but at the same time allow ... [More] external validation servers (e.g., Yubico's) to validate OTPs from these YubiKeys. The YK-KSM was designed to work with the YubiKey validation server in PHP: http://code.google.com/p/yubikey-val-server-php/ [Less]

It is designed as a drop-in replacement for http://code.google.com/p/yubico-java-client/ which is referenced on the Yubico Web Service API webpage (http://www.yubico.com/developers/api/). It has some additional features that I could not live without. This is more production-ready than showing off ... [More] how the technology works (which seems to be the other project's goal). [Less]
