The Hotel Booking Engine Software is aimed at Hotels and Holiday Homes of between 1 to 150 units who are seeking to market their accomodation over the internet.

EasyCallBack is a callback booking system running on 3 levels for use in a small medium or large company. Programmed using php with a mysql database to hold the data it runs quickly and efficiently ... [More] with very little slowdown especially when the database starts holding large amounts of data. The system has several userlevels the first can log call backs and supervisor/manager requests, search through the tickets and also check there full history where they can see what has been assigned to them and what they have created, this section would be used by a customer service agent or even simply someone answering a phone within the organisation. The 2nd tier is the Manager login whereby they monitor the callbacks coming in and assign them to people in the building who will be able to action them at the specific times the end user wants the callback, the manager also deals with the supervisor/manager requests and because it is all logged through the database it ensures that all callbacks are completed in the specific timeframes otherwise the people not pulling there weight within the company will be found out on both a customer support and a manager level. The manager section also has the ability to run daily/weekly/monthly/annual and lifetime reports and has a userlimit that be set so only 2 callbacks can be scheduled over lunchtime as most users will be out of the building or not available allowing the application to fit round the business needs. The 3rd section is the admin section where users are created and deleted, an automatic password generator is included so no more having to think of user passwords. There is also a web sql editor in this section allowing full access to the database without the need for phpmyadmin or any other db editing tool. All sections are locked down and a user cant use the system unless they have a valid username and password to enter the system and even then if they do not have the correct privileges they will be locked out of the other sections.
