Doxygen

Doxygen is a documentation system for C++, C, Java, Objective-C, Python, IDL (Corba and Microsoft flavors), Fortran, VHDL, PHP, C#, and to some extent D. Doxygen is developed under Linux and Mac OS X, but is set-up to be highly portable. As a result, it runs on most other Unix flavors as well. Furthermore, executables for Windows are available.

JCR-Explorer

This is a web-based explorer application to administer and maintain a JSR-170 compliant JCR repository like Apache Jackrabbit. It allows e.g. to browse nodes, edit properties, make queries and use optional features like versioning, locking and observation.

attackapi

AttackAPI provides simple and intuitive programmable interface for composing attack vectors with JavaScript and other client and server related technologies. We are currently developing the 3.x branch which introduces great control over the Attack subroutines and provides some excellent means for packaging and delivering payloads.
