This is a PHP/MySQL solution to CAN-SPAM compliant newsletter mailing list creation and management. This is not to replace a real CRM application, it's to allow smaller websites to manage email blasts and subscribers. I attempted to contact the original developer of this GPL application for support and to report bugs and give bug fixes, no actions were taken. I've decided to take over the project, so that I can get input from others on slimming the core and extending it so it handles more languages, perhaps make the application pluggable, I may make the database a plug-in, so that the application starts off as a flat-file version that doesn't require MySQL.
