WOC is an Open Source collaborative platform for making decisions build on top of Yii framework. Users submit questions, or threads, and other users can submit answers, vote for the best one, add comments, show love, add PROs and CONs to support the best answers. The idea is that the more ... [More] people participate into the debate, the better will be the resulting answers. The WOC name is inspired by James Surowiecki's book "The Wisdom of Crowds". Additionally, specific people can be assigned to the execution of a chosen answer, or suggestion, and show the progress status of their task.
