Upgrades WP-Cumulus to use SWFObject 2.0 + which is more compatible with WordPress 2.6 onwards. Basically I started editing WP-Culumus to use the swfobject.js within the actual WordPress install rather from the plugin folder simply because I would prefer to use one library for my whole site rather ... [More] than two versions. It turned out to be slightly more complex since the version of SWFObject included with WP-Culumus was v1 rather than v2, so I have updated the JS output for SWFObject to v2.
