DBI

The DBI module enables your Perl applications to access multiple database types transparently. You can connect to a large number of databases, including MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Informix, Sybase, ODBC etc. without having to know the different underlying interfaces of each. The API defined by DBI will work on all these database types and many more.

zeoslib

The ZeosLib is a set of database components for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Interbase, Firebird, MS SQL, Sybase, Oracle and SQLite for Delphi, FreePascal/Lazarus, Kylix and C++ Builder. It connects to the chosen database using its native API, so no database middleware (eg. BDE) is needed.

Business Logic Toolkit for .NET

Business Logic Toolkit is a set of components to simplify .NET application development. BLToolkit is provided as source code that you can use "as is" or customize for your applications. It is written in C# and compatible with .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4.0, Silverlight 4, and Mono.
