Infinispan is an open source, JVM based data grid platform. Infinispan is a high performance, distributed and highly concurrent data structure. Also supports JTA transactions, eviction, and passivation/overflow to external storage.
Hibernate Object/Grid Mapper (OGM) aims at providing Java Persistence (JPA) support for NoSQL solutions. It reuses Hibernate Core's engine but persists entities into a NoSQL data store instead of a relational database. It reuses the Java Persistence Query Language (JP-QL) to search their data.
ModeShape is an elastic, in-memory, and strongly-consistent hierarchical database. It is fast, scalable, easy to use, and can be schema-less, schema-strict, or anywhere in-between. ModeShape supports transactions, has several query languages, events, versioning and more. Several APIs are available:
