Notepad++ is a generic source editor (it tries to be anyway) and Notepad replacement written in C++ with the win32 API. The aim of Notepad++ is to offer a slim and efficient binary with a totally customizable GUI.

Uniform Server

The Uniform Server is a WAMP package that allows you to run a server on any MS Windows OS based computer. It is small and mobile to download or move around and can also be used or setup as a production/live server. Developers also use The Uniform Server to test their applications made with either PHP, MySQL, Perl, or the Apache HTTPd Server.

Cross Database Engine for PHP

CDE is a php class which implements the general database functions in PHP and provides a common sql platform for php development where developers change their databases but not their code. Supports Firebird, Mysql, Oracle, SQLite, Dbase, MSSQL

tclhttpd

TclHttpd is a Web server implemented in pure Tcl. It works out of the box as a Web server, but is really designed to be a Tcl application server. It supports HTML+Tcl templates, and is extensible in a variety of ways.

DrJava

DrJava is an integrated Java development environment that supports interactive evaluation of expressions. It is under active development by the JavaPLT research group at Rice University, but it is also stable and is currently being used by students, teachers and other developers. A Java 2 v1.3-compliant Java virtual machine is required.
