Hybrid Scanline-Raytracing Engine and an all new rendering aproach :) VisitorPattern based Scenegraph written in C++. Direct3D 9 or 10 rendering is used for PrimaryRays and CUDA used for BSP-Raytracing (DX11, OpenGL, ComputeShader easily upgradeable). CLR-Wrapper available for support in managed ... [More] environments. The engine can work inside of a ClrWrapperDll library. You can then simply add this dll to a Windows Forms application, making it simple to extend a present GUI with raytracing. Multiple Viewports in Windows Forms are supported. A WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) host is also available in the solution. [Less]

pxCamera is a simple video camera capture class that layers on top of pxCore, my portable opensource framebuffer library. The design of pxCamera make it well suited to do a variety of fun and interesting things with captured video frames like computer vision or image processing applications. The ... [More] design of the pxCamera API followed a few principles as follows: Be Simple – Allows for enumeration of available capture devices and the ability to initiate capturing frames from a given camera into a pxBuffer(framebuffer). No UI Policy – Simple capture into a framebuffer. No UI is assumed. Support multiple capture sources simultaneously. [I’ve tested with two webcams] pxCamera should support any DirectShow compatible video source. Portable API – The API is portable even though the implementation is currently only for Windows. This project is a very simplistic Directshow filter that wraps around the free FAAD2 AAC decoding library. It allows playback of AAC encoded streams in a Directshow based enviroment such as Graphedit, Mediaplayer or any other Directshow based application that works with filter graphs. The project ... [More] is in a very early stage! Currently the only tested scenario is playing an iTunes encoded .m4a file with the Haali Media Splitter in Graphedit. Probably all internal details such as timestamps and error resilience are not yet covered but you can at least listen to your file. I hope to continue work on the filter to support more media splitters, properly support different kinds of AAC input and to take care of the biggest regressions I have included in the software.
