Staff needs a program that can create digital newsletters using HTML to be sent through e-mail to groups/committees of people. Unfortunately, HTML is even difficult for the seasoned developer to customize and present a professional look. Users have tried to use HTML since it is a flat language to ... [More] create their committee newsletters, but the end-product is not elegant. The decision to send their newsletters through e-mail is also cost-effective, since budgets are small and the cost of a printer, and mailing these leaflets demands most of the budget. Hence, our application will combine a preset HTML template with the data entered into forms through our application. iNewsletters will then merge the two and generate a nicely formed newsletter worthy to send to all operating systems and their respective e-mail clients.
