Mailcrypt

Mailcrypt is an Emacs Lisp package which provides a simple interface to public key cryptography with PGP/GPG. Mailcrypt makes strong cryptography a fully integrated part of your normal mail and news handling environment.

duply (simple duplicity)

Duply is a shell front end for the duplicity backup tool http://duplicity.nongnu.org/. It greatly simplifies it's usage by implementing backup job profiles, batch commands and more. Who says secure backups on non-trusted spaces are no child's play?

RetroShare

PyGPGME

The Mandos system allows computers to have encrypted root file systems and at the same time be capable of remote and/or unattended reboots.
