[More] Java Domain Specific Language) to configure routing and mediation rules. The Domain Specific Language means that Apache Camel can support type-safe smart completion of routing rules in your IDE using regular Java code without huge amounts of XML configuration files; though Xml Configuration inside Spring is also supported. We will expand on the description of this project as it evolves, but the general idea is to design a framework that helps developers solve sequential logic problems without having to commit to a ... [More] specific ESB framework and/or learn the specific message exchange API of an ESB framework. We plan on providing documentation that demonstrate how to configure a runnable sequence of Step(s). This documentation will include Spring and programmatic configuration examples. Our original motivation for starting this project came from a need to perform a import/export data mapping from a bug tracking system to our agile story management application. We eventually plan to include the Step(s) created for this effort in the code base. Likewise, we would like the developer community to contribute any Step(s) that perform a function that would be useful to the community at large. [Less]
