PyICU is a python extension wrapping IBM's ICU C++ API.

iLib

With the advent of AJAX, it is no longer possible to avoid i18n in Javascript. Previously, you could format dates in the user's locale on the server side and send the correctly-formatted date across to the browser in the HTML. Now, you can call web services via AJAX that give you results such as ... [More] time stamps in unix time. The formatting has to be done in the browser, and the standard Javascript library is inadequate to format it flexibly in any given locale. Enter iLib. i18n.ro

The project aims to provide help for translation of software products into Romanian language. The code included the source code and the database of the glossary that is available on the www.i18n.ro web site.
