aXSL

aXSL (pronounced "axle"), is a general API for document processing, with special support for XSL-FO documents. XSL-FO is an XML-based standard for describing the format of document content. The main purpose of aXSL is to promote, to the extent possible, reuse and consistency between various XSL-FO implementations.

VectorGraphics2D

Java library that provides vector export for different vector file formats such as EPS, PDF, or SVG. It can be easily integrated with existing applications, as the vector export is implemented using the Graphics2D interface of Java.
