The idea is not to reinvent the wheel by copying an existing software but rather to rethink the whole process of tasks management within of a department. That is why we have chosen the "GTD" method. FRANCAIS :LazyTodo est une application web Multi-Utilisateurs de gestion de tâches destinée aux services informatiques de petite et moyenne taille. Elle est basée sur les travaux de David Allen et ses travaux sur « Getting Things Done » (GTD). La décision de développer cet outil a été prise en partant du constat qu'il n'existait pas d'équivalent ou alors que ceux existants étaient d'une lourdeur telle que la gestion de l'outil prenait bien trop de temps. L’idée n’est pas de réinventer la roue en copiant un logiciel existant mais plutôt de repenser tout le processus de gestion de tâches au sein d’un service informatique. Les alertes se font à 12H, 15H, 17H et 18H30 si les tâches ne sont pas réalisées d'ici là. Les tâches non-réalisées peuvent être décalée dans la semaine par un simple clic. Ce projet est développé en Adobe AIR Vue globale Les blocs "Insatisfaction/Procrastination" et "Satisfaction/Productivité" permettent de noter les activités bloquante ou entraînante, afin de se rappeler ce qu'il ne faut pas faire ou ce qu'il convient de faire... Les tâches sont notées en fonction de leur importance et/ou de leur durée estimée, le rose/2H étant la tâche prioritaire de la journée, la tâche bleu/1H30 un tâche d'importance médiane, suivant la tâche de la journée, enfin les 2 dernières tâches vert/1H30+1H sont des tâches simples, reposante, sans grande importance mais devant être faite pour avancer. Les tâches rose et bleue devraient être majoritairement des tâches permettant de réaliser l'objectif hebdomadaire. La zone blanche sous les box est une zone de tâches sans importance et sans urgence mais devant être réalisée lors de la semaine pour avancer sur l'objectif hebdomadaire. La TODO-List se vide à chaque clic sur un TODO réalisé. [Less]
