DownloadDownload the image file. Drag the iTiVo application to your Applications Folder, and run it from there. Full Installation Document here. iTiVo is free to use. The source is available for anyone to browse and contribute to. I would appreciate bug reports in the 'issues' tab above. ScreenshotsMain Page Preferences Pane open, with tivo info, and formats dropdown Support / FAQThere is a main help page. Please read it and the FAQ if you're having problems. If nothing answers your question, either post a bug report under 'issues' above, or post to the TiVo Community forum. historyThis program is a continuation of the tivodecode manager program by David Benesch. The old program was unsupported and had issues under Leopard and with Tivo3's. However, this is not a full-time supported program. It has many bugs, and may not do what you want. Use at your own risk. LinksUnderlying ToolsAs mentioned, iTiVo is simply a pretty front-end for a lot of tools written by other people. Those tools (and relevant source code) are: tivodecode is used to 'decrypt' shows downloaded from the tivo. mencoder (part of the MPlayer package) is used to convert the shows to smaller files. etv-comskip is the mac port of the comskip project. Used to figure out where the commercials are in the program. HandBrake provides an alternative encoder with its own ups and downs. t2sami is used to generate subtitles from closed caption info. Other Useful ToolspyTivoX is for doing the reverse of iTiVo (uploading or streaming any media file from your computer to your TiVo). MetaX will let you add information fields and tags (metadata) to the files you download with iTiVo. You can add movie posters, additional useful info from imdb, or whatever. Tivo Tools Roundup maintains a long list of other tivo tools you may want to check out for your mac, including alternatives to iTiVo. TivoDecodeManager was the program from which iTiVo was derived. It should run without issues on Tiger. If you want to view stuff you downloaded using 'decrypt' as the format, you can try VLC, MPlayer OSX Extended (quicktime-like replacements) or Plex (a FrontRow replacement). [Less]

OverviewA bindings compatible NSControl subclass which draws a calendar much like the one sported by the iPhone. The project also includes AFWeekView designed to eliminate having to use checkboxes to represent days. AFCalendarControl exposes five bindings: AFCurrentMonthBinding, the month to ... [More] display NSContentBinding; an enumerable collection AFContentDatesBinding; bound to the model subpath for the date property, expects an NSDate object NSSelectedIndexBinding; the index of the selected object in the object returned by NSContentBinding AFDateHighlightedBinding; bound to the model subpath, expects a BOOL wrapped in an NSNumber. If set the control will draw an indicator below the date's day number. DependenciesMac OS X Leopard 10.5 Objective-C 2.0 Xcode 3.0 CalendarControl is dependent on a framework (AmberKitAdditions) contained inside another one of my projects Amber found at http://code.google.com/p/amber-framework which must be available at compile time. Using the ControlThe easiest way to use CalendarControl is to instead download Amber.framework which contains all my custom UI controls and the AppKit additions required to use them. Otherwise you can download the code for this project alone using an svn:external property to pull the 'code' subdirectory, i.e. http://calendarcontrol.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/application/code, you could also pull the 'code' directory from a branch or tag. Building the ControlIf you checkout the entire project (see "Repository Structure" below) and are building it from source then the Xcode project must be able to find the Amber Xcode project file. It expects to find the Amber working copy at the same level as it's own working directory. It must also be able to link the framework; the two projects should either share their build products directory, or you must set custom header search paths. See here http://lists.apple.com/archives/Xcode-users/2008/Sep/msg00268.html for more information. Updated: 17/05/2009 [Less]
