Netpbm is a toolkit for manipulation of graphic images, including conversion of images between a variety of different formats. There are over 300 separate tools in the package including converters for about 100 graphics formats.

meh (correctly pronounced with indifference) is a small, simple, super fast image viewer using raw XLib. It is similar to feh, but faster and simpler. meh can use ImageMagick's convert executable, if it is installed, to view almost 200 file formats, including SVG and PDF, though it is slower
