Nautilus Pastebin is a Nautilus extension written in Python, which allows users to upload text-only files to a pastebin service just by right-clicking on them.

irssi-libnotify

A Perl script plugin for irssi that uses libnotify's notify-send to give desktop users alerts when messages of interest appear. See the wiki MainPage for more information on setup and features. erlnotify

The project consists of an Erlang module for accessing the OSD Notify / libnotify API. NOTE: I have suspended activity on this project for the time being.

qutim-libnotify

This is a plugin for qutIM messenger v0.2. It replaces original notification with the unified libnotify interface. It is intended to be used with notify-daemon, Notidy-OSD or other system which supports libnotify interface. Please, feel free to checkout source. Some building instructions may be found in README file.

Alunn

Alunn is a simple notification applet for the Arch Linux distribution. It will notify you whenever there are new package updates ready for Pacman or when news appear on the Arch Linux frontpage. Customizable commands to upgrade the system or read the news can be executed when clicking the notification icon.

Dabra

Dabra is a desktop notification client for the XMMS2 music player. It uses libnotify to display nice popups about what track you're currently listening to.
