Gammu

Gammu (formerly known as MyGnokii2) is a cellular manager for various mobile phones/modems. Wammu

Wammu is mobile phone manager running on Linux, Windows and possibly other platforms, where Gammu and wxPython works. The communication is made by Gammu library.

python-gammu

python-gammu is a set of Python bindings for Gammu, the GSM mobile manager for various cellular phones. It can work with any phone that Gammu supports, including many models by Nokia, Siemens, and Alcatel.

Gnocky

Gnocky is an application that will allow you to use many features of your mobile phone (setting logos, sending SMS, addressbook management). It uses user-space mobile driver provided by gnokii project.

This suit of programs allow using any cellphone equipped with stereo output to be used as a remote control for device controlled by infared remote control. Suite is for DOS/Windows O.S., but the final needed WAV files can be created in any O.S.by hand. No IRDA port is required on the phone. IR ... ledmonitor

Program allows detecting if a led is on or off by means of a phone camera. This allows detecting working status of electronic equipments and sending it by SMS. Written in python for Symbian s60 on nokia 6680 (Pys60).
