Launchpad is a suite of tools that help people and teams to work together on free software. It is hosted at Launchpad.net by Canonical, Ltd, and it is open source itself, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3.

PHK

PHK is a PHP-oriented package manager. It allows to package, distribute, and *run* a whole library/application as a single file. PHK can be seen as a PHP-oriented jar, with a lot of additional features. Releases : http://phk.tekwire.net.

vpackager

The vpackager project is an application to help new linux users compile and install software from source code on their linux installs. pisido

PiSiDo is a graphical user interface tool which can be use to make installer packages for Pardus Linux. It uses pisi backend while making the packages. PiSiDo is under GPL 3 license. PiSiDo programmed with Qt4 and C++.
