The first one is through SMS(short message service). There is a command format for adding, modifying, deleting and retrieving from database. It?s like a SMS Server. The receive thread reads incoming sms and forwards it to Control Module which after processing it generates response and passes it to sending thread. The other way of interacting with the project is through web. Every web page displayed is a webreport which uses one or more reports to display data. A webreport can contain other webreports in it. When each time a request comes by clicking a link or a button the incoming request parameters are passed to WebReportGenerator Module which depending upon request generates a string of html tags which is sent to client browser.
