It uses the Zikula API, the layout can be adjusted by templates.

pnWikka is a Wiki module for PostNuke forked from WikkaWiki and completely rewritten to comply with the PostNuke API. Written in PHP, it uses MySQL to store pages and many available technologies provided by PostNuke (API, Smarty, etc). Released under the GPL license. pnWikka is the engine running behind the official PostNuke documentation.
Pagesetter is a page creation module that allows administrators of the PostNuke CMS to create their own publication types containing any set of elevant data fields. The long term goal is ultimately to be able to implement all of the simple database dependent ideas that normally require separate
UnivIS integration for Zikula, providing access to common university data.
pnCommerce is a shopping cart for Postnuke.
