Droll, for "d roll" (as in "die roll"), is a dice rolling library designed with roleplaying gamers in mind, and comes with a command line interface. Drollbot is an IRC dicebot interface that uses the Isaac DSL library. All droll code targets 1.9.3 MRI/YARV.

MelonRPM
