PuTTY

PuTTY is a free implementation of Telnet and SSH for Win32 and Unix platforms, along with an xterm terminal emulator. It also includes versions of sftp and scp.

WinSCP

WinSCP is a SFTP and SCP client for Windows using SSH. Its main function is secure copying of files between a local and a remote computer. Beyond this basic function, WinSCP manages some other actions with files. Plugin to FAR manager is available too.

Cygwin

Cygwin is a Linux-like environment for Windows. It consists of an emulation DLL providing Linux API functionality, and ports of thousands of Linux tools to Windows.
