This project uses the latest eAthena server to host a customized Ragnarok Online experience. The goal of the project is to create a complete web-based and client based mmorpg site. The website which is homemade both design and code-wise has been integrated into a modified phpBB forum. The client ... [More] itself is currently a placeholder for what we hope to be a completely customized client that strays a bit from the Ragnarok story/world while maintaining the 2D sprites on a 3D background environment. Other than eAthena and phpBB, the project also uses a VPS to run the aforementioned applications as well as a Ventrilo server and in the future a Java based client that will be able to run on Unix, Linux, SunOS, BSD, and Windows based operating systems.
