This project began while working at Ohio State for OIT. We had a "planned outage" system as denoted at the time that was hacked together and although functioned did not leave much room for alterations, adjustments, basically not resilient to change. After months of editing, tweaking ... [More] , hacking the code myself, I decided to begin this project to maintain a database driven planned maintenance system. It will include a user account management integration with hopes of integration with common authentication protocols along with a calendar view to provide easy access and a request and form area where users can submit and approvals can occur allowing the plan to follow through.
