I, a Russian Language Minor at Oregon State University, realized how much I would benefit from having a Russian dictionary in the same device as my music. The project is, inherently simple. It makes use of a free XML Russian dictionary which is released under GNU, being parsed by the .NET 3.5 XML libraries, and interfaced with a low-key XNA "game". [Less]
